Leather Edge Finishing
Precisionat the edge.
Edge paints, fillers and finishing creams for leather goods — made for the workshop bench and the production line alike.
Roman Enterprises
Where craftsmanshipmeets controlledprecision.
We make edge paints, fillers and finishing creams for leather goods. Everything is developed against real production stock — full-grain, corrected-grain, delicate linings — because a finish that only works in a lab is no use on a bench.

The Edge Paint Problem
Not every leather edgecan be treated the same way.
Burnishing works when the leather can take heat and friction. Delicate, corrected-grain and heavily structured leathers can't — they need a finish built up in layers rather than polished in. That is what edge paint is for.
Raw Edge
Cut leather, untreated and inconsistent in texture.
Preparation
Surface levelled and cleaned for finishing.
Edge Paint
Controlled colour and build applied in layers.
Refined Finish
A uniform, durable edge ready for the finished product.
Solutions
Finishing products,built for the bench.
Applications
Finished for the productit's built into.
Every leather good asks something different of its edge. These are the pieces we finish most.
The Process
Five stages betweenraw edge andfinished product.
Each stage is deliberate. Skip one and it shows in the finish — which is why we treat method as seriously as formulation.
Prepare
The cut edge is cleaned and levelled so the surface is ready to accept a controlled finish.
Apply
The first coat is laid down in a thin, even pass — building the foundation of the finish.
Build
Successive coats add depth and coverage, tuned to the leather and the finish required.
Refine
The edge is worked back to remove excess and sharpen the line between edge and surface.
Finish
A final pass locks in colour and sheen for a durable, consistent result.
